Plymouth Management Co., an Ann Arbor venture capital firm, said Tuesday its fund, Plymouth Venture Partners, made a multimillion-dollar equity investment in Pump Engineering of Monroe this month. It makes pumps and hydraulic turbochargers for seawater desalination.
